Compac Islet is a location in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. It is a small islet found in the Brrrning Sea, accessible after linking Bulbfish Island and speaking to Chilliam and Burnadette on Shipshape Island. Like other islets in the game, its name references its small size, playing on the word "compact". The island hosts three puzzles which all involve hitting blocks of ice with hammers to send them sliding across the ground.

Upon first landing on the islet, Snoutlet will remark on the slickness of the ice, after which a Concordian trapped among ice blocks requesting help. The ice blocks will move in one of the four cardinal directions depending on from which side Mario or Luigi hammer them, so long as the ice blocks are not being hammered directly into an obstacle. Once hammered, the ice blocks will slide along the ground until they hit an obstacle. At any time, Minus Button can be hit to reset the puzzle to its original state.

Upon reaching the trapped Concordian and speaking to him, he will introduce himself as Knocken Slyde, relocate to beside the islet's cannon, reward the Bros., and offer them a chance to try additional puzzles.

When his next challenge is accepted, a new puzzle appears in which the ice blocks surround two crates, each containing a prize. Once smashed, a crate does not reset if the puzzle is reset, allowing for the crates to be obtained separately. When both crates have been smashed, Knocken Slyde offers a third and final puzzle, with three crates surrounded by ice blocks in this iteration. Upon completing this third puzzle, Knocken Slyde will offer congratulations but no further puzzles.
