Chill-Out Fruit is a key item in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. It is a fruit with blue and yellow zigzag patterns on it and a green stem with one leaf. The Pep-Up Fruit is needed in the Craft an Escalation Belt side quest.

After an unsuccessful attempt to make an Escalation Belt, Maykit loses confidence in herself. Mario and Luigi tell Billdit about what happened, and he requests for the brothers to follow him to Raynforst Island to seek the Pep-Up Fruit. They find it on a high ledge only accessible via Connectar Flowers and return to Shipshape Island. After offering encouragement to Maykit, Billdit gives her the fruit to eat. Mario, Luigi, and Billdit have some of the Pep-Up as well, causing them to breathe fire, although Maykit does not. Now with regained confidence, Maykit thanks the group and successfully crafts the Escalation Belt.
