Super Mario series

Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2

Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3

In Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros. 3, an arrangement of "Obake Yashiki BGM" can be heard in the e-Reader levels Doors o' Plenty and Vexing Doors. This arrangement is very similar to the one heard in Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2.

Super Mario Maker

In Super Mario Maker, "Obake Yashiki BGM" is given an original, more ambient arrangement for editing Ghost House-themed courses in the Course Maker, using eight tracks that fade in and out randomly to create a dynamic mix.

The theme also receives new percussion parts for when Mario rides a Yoshi in the Super Mario World style, as this was impossible in such levels in the original game. Like other themes in the original Super Mario World, the theme adds bongos to the instrumentation in its "Yoshi" variation.

Both of these new arrangements return in their original capacities in Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS and Super Mario Maker 2.

In Super Mario Maker 2, a music box arrangement of "Obake Yashiki BGM" plays during the nighttime version of Ghost House-themed levels in the Super Mario World style.

Like in Super Mario Maker, this track is paired with bongo percussion when Mario is riding a Yoshi.

Paper Mario: Sticker Star

Paper Mario: Sticker Star features two arrangements of "Obake Yashiki BGM". The music heard outside The Enigmansion is a looping arrangement of the beginning of the theme. The theme heard inside The Enigmansion, titled simply "The Enigmansion" in the Sticker Museum music gallery, incorporates "Obake Yashiki BGM" and "Waltz of the Boos" from Super Mario Galaxy.

The Super Mario Bros. Movie

In The Super Mario Bros. Movie, a sped-up arrangement of "Obake Yashiki BGM", arranged by Brian Tyler, is briefly heard towards the end of "The Darklands" as Luigi escapes from the horde of Dry Bones in the Dark Lands.
