Dark Koopatrols are enemies from Super Paper Mario. Unlike the uniquely-colored Dark Koopatrols encountered in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, these enemies are pitch-black replicas of normal Koopatrols. They are the strongest Koopa Troopas in the game, and appear solely in the Flopside Pit of 100 Trials, along with the other dark enemies.

  • Even though the Catch Card description says that Dark Koopatrols retreat into their shells when stomped, they in fact do no such thing, even with Carrie.
