A Warp Block[1] (alternatively warp block)[2] is an object in Mario & Luigi: Partners in Time. It is a blue block with a picture of a pipe on one side. When one pair of brothers is too far away from their younger or older selves, if one pair hits a Warp Block, a pipe will appear and shoot their companions out.
Warp Blocks return in Mario & Luigi: Brothership.[3] This time, they appear in many of Concordia's islands, providing access to Warp Pipes that facilitate travel throughout their respective locations. When struck, a pipe emerges from the ground, and the area map then appears to show where its corresponding end is found. After Reclusa's awakening, certain pipes summoned by Warp Blocks are unusable as they are blocked by his flowers.
