Slam shut blocks[1] are blocks that appear only in Fuzzy Time Mine in Super Mario 3D World and Super Mario 3D World + Bowser's Fury. They are yellow platforms that move out of walls, hit a wall or another slam shut block, and then retract. Some slam shut blocks have Green Stars behind them.
