River Raiders is a 1-vs-3 coin-collecting minigame in Mario Party 3 and Mario Party Superstars.
Gameplay
The solo player drives in a Red Shell boat, and each of the team players ride behind on Green Shells. Every player tries to collect coins and coin bags along the way. If a log is hit by a player, they get stunned briefly, unable to collect any coins.
In the ending, any player who has at least one coin does their winning animation, while the solo player continues steering, but if either side has not collected anything, they do their losing animation.
The minigame title could be referencing the Atari 2600 game River Raid.
