Sky-High Sundae is a course set to be released as part of Wave 2 in the Booster Course Pass for Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and at a later date in Mario Kart Tour. It is fourth and final course of the Propeller Cup in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. It is set in a large region made entirely of ice cream and other candy-related food high in the sky. It is the fourth course in the series to be set entirely in anti-gravity, after Mute City, Template:Classic-link, and Big Blue.[1]

- Following the release of the first wave of the Booster Course Pass, a datamine revealed a banner featuring numerous unreleased courses. Among the courses was an image of Sky-High Sundae, four months before the course's official series debut.
