Arrangements

Donkey Kong Country (Game Boy Color)

The Game Boy Color version of Donkey Kong Country includes a version of the theme that was originally used in Donkey Kong Land.

Donkey Kong Country (Game Boy Advance)

The Game Boy Advance remake of Donkey Kong Country also has an arrangement of the theme, however, this version is unique to this game, unlike the Game Boy Color's remake having reused Donkey Kong Land's version.

Donkey Kong Country Returns

Donkey Kong Country Returns and Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D use two arrangements of this theme in bonus rooms.

Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze

When clearing a level in Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze and its Nintendo Switch reissue, the fanfare that starts playing is an arrangement of this theme.

Donkey Kong Land series

Donkey Kong Land

The map theme for Donkey Kong Land is a chiptune remix of the theme.

Donkey Kong Land III

Just like Donkey Kong Country 3 on the SNES, Donkey Kong Land III also uses an arrangement of the theme on its title screen.

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate features a new arrangement for The Map Page / Bonus Level, a medley of Simian Segue and Bonus Room Blitz that uses the respective tracks' Japanese names. The Bonus Room Blitz portion specifically has also been used for Diddy Kong's fighter showcase video on the official website. A medley of these two themes' original versions had previously been used under the same name in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, which also returns in this game.

Other

Conker's Pocket Tales

If Conker is left idle for long enough in Conker's Pocket Tales, he takes out his Game Boy and starts playing. While he plays, an arrangement of Bonus Room Blitz, based on the title theme of Donkey Kong Land III can be heard.
