DK Jamz is an official soundtrack album released in 1995, containing the music of Donkey Kong Country. DK Jamz was mainly composed by David Wise, with the occasional assistance of Robin Beanland and Eveline Fischer. The CD includes the arranged version of "DK Island Swing" from the previous Japanese soundtrack CD Super Donkey Kong Game Music CD Jungle Fantasy, renamed "Jungle Groove" and without mention of the arrangement's composer. David Wise has stated that he wanted the music produced by the Super NES SPC700 chip for the game to sound similar to the Korg Wavestation synthesizer.[2]
