Effect Turns all onscreen enemies into Stars (coins in the reissue)

An Anywhere POW[1][2] is an item in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. It is a Special Item resembling a POW Block, and using it from the pause screen causes a shockwave that turns all onscreen enemies into Stars (coins in the GBA reissue). This item can be acquired only in Bonus Challenges.
