Players attempt to reach the goal by racing with koopa shells. On the way, there are speed-ups that makes the player accelerate; and there are [[Amp]]s and their shockwaves, if the player gets shocked, the player gets stunned and their speed suddenly decreases. First player who reaches the goal wins.

Motor Rooter is a Duel minigame in Mario Party 3 and Mario Party Superstars.

Each player rides a Koopa Shell-like hovercraft inside of a pipe, which players can move all around in. There are some Dash Panels along the way. The only obstacles are Amps, represented by lightning bolts on the mini-map, that briefly slow and shock any player who drives into them. The first player who makes it to the end wins. In the European version of Mario Party 3 only, if no one reaches the end on time, it is a draw.[1]

The minigame title is a play on "Roto-Rooter."
