Template:Quote2 Paint Misbehavin' is a 2-vs.-2 and Duel minigame in Mario Party 8 and a 2-vs.-2 minigame in Mario Party Superstars. Its name is a pun on the title of the song "Ain't Misbehavin'."
Introduction
The players are shown standing on a gigantic desk with art materials. A group of Goombas on a stack of books comes toward them as they hop into their paintball machines, and the game starts.

A tie can occur only if an even number of Goombas is painted.
In Mario Party Superstars, a "score" sound plays each time a Goomba is hit. Characters also cheer whenever they hit a Goomba.
Ending
On the stage, the winning character(s) celebrate(s) as they walk back to the paintball machines, while the losing player(s) sulk(s) before they run around to avoid being shot at by the winning player(s). If the minigame ends in a tie, all characters will sulk and look dejected.

Trivia
- In Mario Party Superstars, this is the only minigame whose ending can be skipped.
- Also in Superstars, if a tie occurs in this minigame, the fanfare does not play the infinite loop section of the song, unlike in Winner or Dinner.
