Stone Buzzies are a variation of Buzzy Beetle that appear in Super Paper Mario in the Gap of Crag. Stone Buzzies have hard stones on their backs, hence the name "Stone Buzzy". They move slowly, so they should be easy to dodge, however they require three stomps to defeat. Unlike other types of Buzzy Beetle, Stone Buzzies don't just disappear when defeated, but rather, their shells crack and fall off, briefly revealing their soft bodies before they disappear. A more powerful version, the Dark Stone Buzzy, appears in the Flopside Pit of 100 Trials.
