Craft an Overcharged Brooch is a side quest in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. In this quest, Mario and Luigi must give the required materials to Maykit on Shipshape Island so she can make an Overcharged Brooch.

The side quest becomes available after linking Jellyfish Island. Twistee Island must be visited first, as finding Billdit on Raynforst Island before searching for Maykit will replace this side quest with Craft Some Capricious Gloves. After crafting the Overcharged Brooch, the quest is complete, and the Bros. receive it for free. Additionally, the Overcharged Brooch becomes purchasable from Maykit's shop.

  • "Gather materials so Maykit can make this. It'll increase your Battle Plug recovery speed by x3, but max HP will drop by 5% each turn."
