Room 6-4 (titled Room 5-4 in the British English version) is the fourth course of Toadstool Castle in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis. This level introduces Balance Beams.

The course features four Mini Marios.

Overview[edit]

Two Mini Marios begin on the left side of the course, with two red bridges and a blue Color Switch on the level directly above them. The level below the two Mini Marios has a Yellow Spring, as well as red and yellow Color Switches on either side of a red wall. In the middle of the level is a Balance Beam, with two spaces for Pink Blocks on the top two levels between the Balance Beam's platforms and two pits of spikes below each of said platforms. On the middle level to the right of the Balance Beam is the third Mini Mario, which begins near a Yellow Spring; on the level above them is a blue bridge, as well as the fourth Mini Mario and a red Color Switch. The level below the third Mini Mario contains a blue gate and another Yellow Spring, both of which are between two Color Switches, one yellow and one blue. The exit is on the bottom level between the Balance Beam's platforms, blocked off by two yellow gates; to reach it, the player should guide the Mini Marios onto the switches so they can weigh down the Balance Beam's platforms, then once the yellow gates are deactivated, lead the Minis into the exit.

Mini Mario Card[edit]

The Mini Mario Card is near the top left, in the middle of the two red bridges. It can be collected by leading two Mini Marios onto the right platform and one on the left platform, then having the fourth step on a red switch so the Mini Mario on the left platform can walk across the bridge and into the card.

  • A silver star symbol. Used as the cleanest possible way to represent silver stars in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis, since ripping sprites cleanly from that game is notoriously difficult. Silver star: 14450 points
  • A gold star symbol. Used as the cleanest possible way to represent gold stars in Mario vs. Donkey Kong 2: March of the Minis, since ripping sprites cleanly from that game is notoriously difficult. Gold star: 36200 points
