“Gee, you look kinda tired... If you don't feel 100 percent you oughta see a charmer. Maybe that'd revive the courage you lost...”
Winnie, Super Paper Mario
Winnie

Winnie is a little girl that Mario and co. met during their adventures in Super Paper Mario. She lives on Flopside's 2nd Floor. She is just as obsessed with Merlee's charms as her Flipside counterpart, Minnie, is with Merluvlee's fortune-telling. According to Tippi/Tiptron, she tries to charm on her own, but fails due to lack of confidence.
