- This article is about giant red Tulips from Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. For the special tulips from Yoshi's Story, see Turbo Tulip.
Tulips are giant floating red flowers in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3, Yoshi's Island DS, and Yoshi's New Island. In all titles, when an egg (or a spit-up enemy) enters a tulip, the flower will begin to spit out eight stars. Yoshi's Island DS has a tulip-themed minigame involving three small tulips called Tulip Shooter.
