The InterChet, Super Paper Mario

The InterChet is a large cube who runs the Flipside Arcade in Super Paper Mario. He offers a variety of games that Mario and his party can play to win various prizes. He also runs the rewards center, the same way Lahla did in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. Both Tippi and Tiptron state that almost nothing is known about the InterChet; he is "literally a black box". Judging from some quotes, it can be said that the InterChet is a con artist. He is responsible for creating The InterNed. His Catch Card states that he "invented The InterNed"; this may be a reference to a popular misquote of Al Gore. His name is a portmanteau of "Internet" and the name "Chet".
