Lottacoins Island is a major location in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. First found on the Color-Full Sea, it is the seventh island to be linked to Shipshape Island. The island is an urban city that proved pivotal in Concordia's economic development before Zokket and his minions divided the continent. Its name comes from the phrase "a lot of coins". The Bros. Ball ability is learned here.

When the group connects Merrygo Island, the player can decide to send Princess Peach or Luigi to get captured by a Snaptor. The chosen captive is taken to Lottacoins Island so they can get information on Zokket's plans. Mario, with or without Luigi and Snoutlet, and the IDLE gang then launch over to the island using Shipshape Island's Cannon, whereupon they search the place for the chosen captive. In the lobby, Mario must enter a code to gain access to the upper floors, which is 5387. If Peach is the captive, Mario and Luigi find her in a cell with a few Concordian men who also got imprisoned. If Luigi is the captive, he breaks free on his own and reunites with Mario in a hallway, then returns to the prison cell area. One Concordian prisoner gives a paper that gives a hint to the code to open the cell, which the Bros. figure out is 6529, freeing the prisoners. After being freed, the captive explains that the Extension Corps took the building over and are using it as a way station for their army. However, Ellow gets captured, so the Bros., using the Bros. Ball, give chase, cornering the Extension Corps on the roof of the building and saving Ellow by distracting the Extension Corps long enough for Ellow to slip away. However, the Extension Corps summons a Mega Snaptor, which the Bros. defeat. Mario and Luigi link Lottacoins Island to Shipshape Island and everyone returns there.

While seeking a wedding cake for Burnadette and Chilliam's wedding, Mario and Luigi can optionally return to Lottacoins Island if they follow Shun's plan, who was disguised as a merchant. Mario and Luigi spot Ecks with several Zokkarang Troopers devouring a cake. After defeating the Zokkarang Troopers, Mario and Luigi are able to convince the baker to make another cake for the wedding.

The Monster Maniac can be found here, summoning some Helmet Zok Troopers that have the ability to call reinforcements unless the Bros. defeat them all at once.

During the credits, Technikki and Adaphne can be seen chatting on Lottacoins Island.
