Effect | Allows the player to roll a 1-2-3 slower Dice Block. |
1-2-3 Slow Dice Block is a special Dice Block that appears in Mario Party 10. As the name suggests, the dice combines the effects of a Slow Dice Block and a 1-2-3 Dice Block. This Dice Block only appears in Bowser Party mode.
The 1-2-3 Slow Dice Block can appear if the player stops on a Special Dice Block Space.
