Nanoh Islet is a location in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. It is one of four islets linked by Warp Pipes in the northwest Gulchrock Sea, and is the southwesternmost of these. As with the other nearby islets, Nanoh Islet is controlled by Bowser's minions.

A fence with Bowser's emblem divides the island in two, with only the southern half accessible from Shipshape Island. After speaking with the fortune teller NPC on Shipshape Island during the "Feelings of Dread" side quest, a Boo waits here to battle Mario and Luigi.

To access the northern portion, Mario and Luigi must come through a pipe on either Mynor, Meeger, or Paquette islets. The eastern pipe leads to Mynor Islet, the western pipe to Paquette, and the northern pipe to Meeger. A Piranha Plant rests among the pipes, and is replaced with a Glohm Piranha Plant after linking Conductor Island.
