Skull Platforms[1] are skull-shaped blocks with flashing eyes that appear in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. Six serve as platforms over lava in the middle of Mario's castle, after the Genkottsu. Once jumped on, they quickly crumble away, so the player must jump off them immediately.
