A Pikku[1] is an enemy in Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins. Two of these leech-like creatures are encountered in the final stage of the Pumpkin Zone only. Pikku simply hop back and forth, getting in the way of Mario. It can be defeated with a single stomp. Pikku resembles the severed tail of a newt or lizard, especially considering its place in a witch's house, as well as the presence of various jars in the level.

In the Kodansha manga, one makes an appearance as the detached tail of the Witch's reptilian form.

足だけでもイキがいい

タコの足が1本切れたような形をしている。生け造りのように、切られてもピチピチはね回っている。動きが不規則なので、気をつけて踏みつけよう。ファイアでも倒せる。[2]

Just the feet alone are coming alive.

It looks like a leg of an octopus that has been cut off. Like a live fish, it is still flopping around even after being cut off. Its movements are erratic, so be careful when stomping on it. It can also be defeated by fire.
