Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island / Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3
Hot Lips live completely inside lava, being permanently stationed in one place. Yoshi's Island DS

Yoshi's New Island
Hot Lips reappear in Yoshi's New Island in the level Gargantua Blargg Attacks!. Their lava streams no longer defeat Yoshi on the spot. Instead, they cause him to drop Baby Mario as most other enemy attacks.
