Template:Species-infobox Hot Lips[1] is a creature resembling a Blargg that lives in lava in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island, Yoshi's Island: Super Mario Advance 3 and Yoshi's Island DS. It spits a stream of lava to attack the Yoshi and Baby Mario (in a manner similar to that of the Spray Fish). If the Yoshi is hit with lava, he loses a life. They can defeated only with a POW Block, where Eggs temporarily stun them.
Hot Lips reappears in Yoshi's New Island, but its lava stream no longer defeats Yoshi. Instead, it causes Yoshi to drop Baby Mario as most other enemy attacks.
