Hook Guys first appear in Yoshi's Woolly World. They mostly appear in grassland levels. They are normal Spear Guys, but the only difference between them is that Hook Guys hold the spear horizontally. Their spear is a bit curvy on the top which makes it look like a hook, from what they got their names. As normal Spear Guys, Yoshi can reproduce them to eggs by eating them behind their back.
