First appearance Mario Kart World (2025)

Peach Medallions are collectibles in Mario Kart World, appearing around the open world in the game's Free Roam mode. They resemble normal coins, except much larger, with a side view of Princess Peach (similar to Princess Coins in Super Mario World: Super Mario Advance 2), and some extra detailing around the edges. Currently, it is unknown what they are used for or how many there are. A counter of the collected Peach medallions appears on the map in-game, along with every P Switch, which activates missions, and ? Panel. Peach Medallions are found in the open and not from Item Boxes or Yoshi's, and, unlike regular coins, do not provide a speed boost when collected.[1]
