Potato Gelato is the signature dish of Freezin Village in Mario & Luigi: Brothership, made from Heatfreeze Potatoes.

When Mario and Luigi visit Heatfreeze Island for the first time, they come across fiery and icy Concordians squabbling in front of the path leading to the lighthouse. When the Bros. try to get past them, the villagers then ask the brothers to taste a sample of their dish to find out if the gelato or if the Hottato Stew is the best. After Snoutlet and the Bros. try a sample of each, they return to the villagers, telling them that the two dishes are better together. Despite this, the villagers still disagree, and decide to make a new recipe that will trump the other village's dish.

For a price of 10 coins, the Bros. can try the gelato to restore their HP and BP.
