This article is about the Goomba character in Super Mario Odyssey. For the enemy known as Goombette in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, see Micro Goomba. For the Galoomba character in Mario Party Advance, see Goombetty.

Goombette is a female Goomba from the game Super Mario Odyssey. She is pink, similar to Goombella and Goombaria, and has a distinct blush, eyelashes, and a hat similar to Pauline's. She also holds a Power Moon; to get it, Mario must capture a Goomba, then jump on other Goombas to make a Goomba Tower high enough to reach the ledge she stands on. At this point, she becomes impressed, and gives Mario the Power Moon while surrounded by hearts. If Mario approaches her in his normal form, she will panic for a split second before disappearing in a puff of smoke.

Trivia

• Not counting the Paper Mario series, Goombette is the only female Goomba to appear in a Mario title.
  • However Mario Party Advance does feature a similarly-named female Galoomba: Goombetty.
