The Legend of Zelda × Mario Kart 8 is one of the downloadable content packs, along with Animal Crossing × Mario Kart 8, included in the game Mario Kart 8. It was released during November 2014.[1]

This is the first time retro and nitro tracks are combined into cups.

Features

Like the other pack, The Legend of Zelda × Mario Kart 8 pack contains three new characters, four new vehicles, and two new cups of four tracks each.

Characters

These characters, once obtained, may appear as computer racers. Additionally, in online, players that have not purchased the pack can see other players use these characters.

Bonus content

If both packs are purchased, either separately or as a bundle, the player will instantly receive eight new color swaps for both Yoshi and Shy Guy. These color changes do not appear as computer racers. The colors included are below:
