Enrico Carabelli was an Italian voice actor and dubbing director, known for directing the Italian version of Saint Seiya, where he dubbed master Dohko. He was also the first Italian voice of Scotty in Star Trek. He died in 1997 due to an undisclosed sickness.
His most recognized and longest-running cartoon role was the Italian voice of Luigi in all three DiC Entertainment cartoons, and his voice role also includes the other Luigi-like characters played by Danny Wells in the live-action segments. The Italian version of the three cartoons were also directed by him.
