Tomokazu Seki (born September 8, 1972) is a Japanese voice actor. He is known for his voice roles as Gilgamesh in Fate/stay night, Rob Lucci in One Piece, Suneo Honekawa in Doraemon, Sonic the Werehog in Sonic Unleashed, Tracey Sketchit in the Pokémon anime, Enrico Pucci in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, Yoshimitsu in the Tekken series, Stahn Aileron in Tales of Destiny, Kanji Tatsumi in Persona 4, Shinya Kogami from Psycho-Pass, the Gokaigers' Equipment in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, Sanemi Shinazugawa in Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, and Keisuke Takahashi in Initial D.

Seki provides the voice of Toad in the Japanese dub of The Super Mario Bros. Movie.[2]
