Theodore "Ted" Nicoloff, better known as Walker Boone (May 4, 1944 – January 29, 2021[1]) was a Canadian actor who played various guest parts in televised series over the years. He is best known for voicing Mario in the cartoons The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World, replacing Lou Albano of The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!. In addition to his role as Mario, he is also remembered for his role as Commander Lynch in Star Trek: The Next Generation.

Boone died on January 29, 2021 at the age of 76. His death was not announced until August of that year.[2]
