Christopher Charles Collins (born Christopher Lawrence Latta, August 30, 1949 – June 12, 1994) was an American actor and stand-up comedian. He was born in Orange, New Jersey on August 30, 1949, and died due to illness on June 12, 1994. Christopher Collins is best known for voicing Cobra Commander and Gung-Ho in the Marvel/Sunbow and DiC series of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero and Starscream in The Transformers, as well as being the original voice of Moe Szyslak and Mr. Burns in Season 1 of The Simpsons.

He portrayed King Koopa in the live-action children's television show King Koopa's Kool Kartoons until his eventual firing. It has been claimed that he was accused of inappropriate behavior by fellow staff members. Allegedly, his eventual firing occurred due to an incident during the filming of an episode where his son was in attendance trying to collect candy with other audience members and an altercation occurred between the children. Unverified claims state that Collins began yelling at the young audience in defense of his son.[1] After he was fired, the role was given to Patrick Pinney.
