Franco Mannella is an Italian actor and voice actor, known for being the recurring voice in Italian for actor Eddie Marsan and the second recurring voice of actor Paul Giamatti (whose role in Cinderella Man even awarded him with the "best characteristic voice" prize at the Italian dubbing festival Voci nell'ombra in 2006).[2]

In animation, he is the Italian voice of Roger in American Dad!, Private in all Madagascar media, Experiment 625 Reuben in all Lilo & Stitch media, Otto Mann since season 13 of The Simpsons, Rantanplan in the The Daltons, Rintindumb, and all subsequent re-dubbings of the Lucky Luke animated movies, two versions of Pinocchio's Fox in Pinocchio and Friends and the 2022 Disney live-action remake (where the character was originally played by Keegan-Michael Key) and The Devil in The Cuphead Show!. He is also the only Italian voice of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit, voicing him in Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two.

He provides the Italian voice of Kamek in The Super Mario Bros. Movie, although Fabrizio Vidale (Bowser's voice) dubbed his character's only line in the teaser trailer.
