Gianni Mantesi was an Italian theater director, actor, and voice actor.
As a voice actor, his most recognizable role is Uncle Henry in a redub of The Wizard of Oz and the titular protagonist of Quincy, M.E.
In The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! animated series, he voiced Mervin and Salvador Drainotto. In other DIC cartoons, he voiced King Harkinian in The Legend of Zelda and Uncle Chuck in Sonic the Hedgehog.
