An Example Guy[1] is a boring variety of Snow Guy that appears in Yoshi's Woolly World. It functions exactly like a Snow Guy outside of its aesthetic differences. Example Guys only come in red, and can be found all throughout world three. They do not throw snowballs unless Yoshi tries to eat one of them. If Yoshi does eat one, all Example Guys on screen start throwing a large amount of snow to Yoshi. This can cause drowning and lower blood pressure.
The 2025 Nintendo Gigaleak revealed that the Snow Guys in Yoshi's Story were originally planned to function like the Example Guys in Yoshi's Wooly World.[2]
