Glohm Gorumbla is the form Gorumbla took after he was possessed by Glohm in Mario & Luigi: Brothership. He serves as the penultimate boss of the game.

Glohm Gorumbla's battle is the same as Gorumbla's, abiet with a few differences: Glohm Gorumbla starts off by summoning two barriers inside him, with one barrier encased inside by another one. Mario and Luigi must use their hammers to break the barriers. Glohm Gorumbla's attacks are also more aggressive than Gorumbla's. Likewise, Glohm Gorumbla's level is thirty-four levels higher than Gorumbla's (7), being level 41; this makes Glohm Gorumbla's battle trickier than Gorumbla's. After the Mario Bros. defeat Glohm Gorumbla, he will be free from Glohm and change back to Gorumbla.
