The Dark Barribad is an enemy from Super Paper Mario in the Flopside Pit of 100 Trials. The Dark Barribad projects an impenetrable barrier around itself when Mario, Princess Peach, Bowser, or Luigi approach, and shoots rings of energy at them. However, by flipping to 3D, the player can go around the barrier, switch to 2D, and defeat it. Bowser's fire breath, Fleep and Thoreau can also defeat it.

The Dark Barribad is tied with its regular counterpart as the rarest enemy in the game, with only one being found on Floor 73 of the Flopside Pit of 100 Trials.
