Template:Catch Card Back Cursyas are a sub-species of Cursyas from Super Paper Mario. They can be distinguished from other Cursyas because of their gray color. If players touch a Back Cursya, they will be sent back to Flipside, so it is recommended that Boomer, Cudge or Bowser's Fire Breath is used to defeat one. It's name comes from the fact that it curses the player to be sent back to Flipside.
Trivia
- Back Cursyas are the only Cursyas without a Dark form, probably because the Flopside Pit of 100 Trials would be much harder if the player was constantly sent back to Flopside.
- Though the Back Cursya is not a Boss or Main Character, there are only two in the whole game. One is in the Bitlands, in the area with the colorful columns, while the other is in Land of Crag to the right of the pipe that leads to a card in 5-1.
