They attack like regular Pokeys, by tossing parts of their body at Mario and his allies. Since they only have three body segments, they are soon reduced to a mere head. In this form, they can only hop around the room, trying to ram their opponents. If hit by a Dark Pokey part, the player will become poisoned.
