Betsy is a young Flip-Flop girl that appears in Super Paper Mario. She can be found in the back area of the first floor of Flipside. She is very inquisitive, and seems to pass the time by asking her grandmother how she can live as long as "gramma". She usually does not quite understand her grandmother's advice. Her Flopside counterpart is Mitsy.
