Gameplay

The game's purpose is to reunite the couple. To do so, the player has to press the A Button button at the right timing to jump over the rocks. If the man (Distant Darling) or the woman (Long-Lost Love) trips on their way, the player loses.

  • 1st level difficulty: There is one rock to avoid.
  • 2nd level difficulty: There are two rocks to avoid.
  • 3rd level difficulty: Same as Level 2, but the player controls the woman and the man together. Each needs to jump over one at the same times. In WarioWare Gold, there is a chance that the couple will be old.

A different couple appears in the version found in WarioWare Gold, Long-Lost Love and Distant Darling, recurring characters who also appear in Long Lost Love, Tearful Reunion, Love Tester, Hookin' Up, and in the Wario Kard game.
