Chicken Pinch is one of Mona's microgames found in the Strange folder in WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! and returns as one of the microgames in the That's Life set within the Mash League in WarioWare Gold.
Gameplay[edit]
There is a large set of tongs floating above the ground in the middle of the screen. The player can press the button to pinch with the tongs. A Chicken Bug runs onto the screen, stopping and jumping directly underneath the tongs. The player must catch the Chicken Bug by pinching with good timing. If the Chicken Bug is caught while doing a backflip, it will be held by its legs, instead of its head. In WarioWare Gold, a Chicken Bug has a random chance to have a single hair on its head. Pinching only the hair counts as a failure, as the Chicken Bug will immediately flee.
- Level 1: The Chicken Bug jumps twice, then does a backflip.
- Level 2: The Chicken Bug waits for one beat, jumps once, then does a backflip.
- Level 3: The Chicken Bug waits for three beats, then does a backflip. In WarioWare Gold, there is a possible chance that three Chicken Bugs appear and one of them jumps high enough to be caught.

- Emergency Haircut: The player has to pinch off the Chicken Bug's hair.
