Five-Second Rule is one of Dribble & Spitz's microgames in WarioWare: Twisted! The name comes from the five-second rule, the belief that dropped food is still safe to eat if picked back up quickly enough.

- 1st level difficulty: There are two ants coming from different directions.
- 2nd level difficulty: There are three ants coming from different directions or a row of ants.
- 3rd level difficulty: There are four ants coming from different directions or a large row of ants.
