(They're very visibly designed to be Super Scopes or heavily resemble them at bare minimum, and... literally a mass majority of visual media that feature snipers (as in that's the term for the person HOLDING the gun) will show them in such a pose.)

Sniper Bills attack [[Mario]] and [[Luigi]] by firing smaller Bullet Bills from their Super Scope at the Bros., then flying at them like a regular Bullet Bill. If the scope on Mario or Luigi is small, the bullet hits before the Sniper Bill; if the scope is large, the Sniper Bill will hit first. The attack can be avoided and countered by jumping, though the Sniper Bill will take no damage if hit and simply "walk" back to its original position. They are healed by fire, but are weak to thunder.

A Sniper Bill is a large, flexible Bullet Bill that appears in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga and its remake, Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions. They wear brown fingerless gloves and wield Super Scopes, holding them in a manner akin to a sniper's positioning while wearing a grimace on their faces. Sniper Bills are found in Bowser's Castle, where they do not appear in the overworld, and are fought alongside Boos and Magikoopas.

Sniper Bills attack Mario and Luigi by firing smaller Bullet Bills from their Super Scope at the Bros., then flying at them like a regular Bullet Bill.
