Its location is not specific; it tends to appear in various locations at 3 to 5 minutes. Some locations where the enemy has been sighted include Chapter 1-3, Chapter 1-4, Chapter 2-1, Chapter 2-2, Chapter 3-1, Chapter 3-3, Chapter 3-4, Chapter 4-2, Chapter 5-1, Chapter 5-2 (where you get the fire tablet), Chapter 7-3, and Chapter 7-4. It is very possible it could appear randomly on other chapters as well.
