Bizzy is a blue-skinned man living on Flipside's B1 Floor. Mario encounters him in Super Paper Mario. As his name alludes to, he is a very busy person. Bizzy is a magazine editor who is constantly just scraping by to his deadline. He is so scatterbrained, he's never actually even spoken to his staff writer, having constantly lost track of him. Bizzy can usually be found near the beveragarium. Bizzy also likes fishing, but must not be very good at it because his best catch is a ten-inch boot. Also, after Chapter 1, if Mario talks to him, he shouts at him, claiming there is no Void in the sky. His counterpart in Flopside is named Ledger. Template:BoxTop
