During the events of Paper Mario, Shy Stacks are the third part of the Shy Guy Army. They consist of four Shy Guys standing on top of each other. The Spin Hammer Badge can be used to knock them off.

They also appear in Yoshi's Island DS, along with Pirate Stacks. If a Yoshi licks one of the Shy Guys in the stack, they will fall down and become regular Shy Guys.

Stats and Tattle Information

Max HP: 10
Attack Power: Equal to the number of Shy Guys in the stack
Defense: 0
Tattle: Whoa, this pile has an incredible sense of balance! Look at that stack! Its attack power equals the number of Guys in the stack. It will be 4 if there are four Shy Guys stacked up. If you have the Spin Hammer ability, you can knock 'em off one by one. Obviously their attack power decreases when there are fewer of 'em in the stack.
Moves: Shy Slingshot (1 per Guy)
